Frac Tanks

We developed a 500bbl (21,000 gal) unique frac tank with simple and safe cleaning:

• Rounded bottom for easy discharge and cleaning
• 1/4" sides, floor and roof
• 22,500lb axle
• Two sealed 20" manways on front and rear for safe cleaning (no need for a person inside the tank).
• (2) Sealed or Unsealed roof hatches - 24"'
• (1) 4" suction line out of sump
• (1) 3" fill line connection on the roof
• (1) 4" gel line with angled 2" jet lines and 1" nozzles
• Two 4" drains front and back
• All piping connections has 4" butterfly valves, except 3" fill line
